Started at 7 pm  on March 17th,
It’s the massive fundraiser in honor of Gord Downie… and  a Guinness world-
record attempt- taking place in Stouffville Ontario.

Ever since we learned of Gord Downie‘s incurable brain cancer back in May,
a huge number of people and organizations across the country have been
working to raise funds for brain cancer research.

And now the owner of  a company called Epidemic Music Group,
has come up with  a really cool idea for a fundraiser:
By setting up the longest continuous live music performance by multiple artists.

After touching base with the Guinness Book of World Records,  this gig will run
over 16 days starting at 7 tonight  at The Earl of Whitchurch in Stouffville, Ontario.

Over 400 musicians will be involved – and you’ll have bands playing
24 hours a day until the record is broken…
There are a ton of charities involved as well,
including Sick Kids and  Gord Downie Fund for Brain Cancer Research,

Road trip anyone?
