Tuesday Night’s Alright….

According to a a new study, you’re likely getting the best sleep on Tuesday nights.
So make tonight’s sleep extra special. Focus!!!!!!!  NO PRESSURE!!!!
The researchers think that Tuesdays are you best night s because you’re not as stressed about
work at the beginning of the week, and also because people don’t usually drink too much or eat
really big meals on Tuesdays.

If you’re looking for a really good app to track and rate your sleep, and gain a keen insight into
how you’re spending what will amount to about 1/3 of your LIFE,  there’s an app that I use often,
and it’s called SLEEP CYCLE. Using your phone’s accelerometer sensors,  and with the smartphone placed beside your pillow, it will register movement – the idea being that your body’s muscles go into sleep-mode so that you don’t flail and act out your dreams. The stiller you are, the deeper your sleep.

This is from a previous case study, involving yours truly, before realizing that drinking a whole pot
of green tea before bed, Tuesday or not, wasn’t really helping me attain optimal sleep scores.
