Speaking of Queen Biopic Movies…

So I’m finally going to to see “Bohemian Rhapsody” this Saturday, after a multi-phase archaeology
expedition of digging around in my couch for some spare coinage. So if you see a fella with a jar of pennies Galaxy Cinemas this Saturday, counting out for a ticket – that would be me.

And I’ve been hearing the wide range of reviews – the foot stomping, the hand clapping, the celebration of the career and lives and music genius of Queen, and of Freddie Mercury –
And there have been some who were expecting more along the lines of Freddie’s personal life
and were hoping for more of the debauchery and the lengthy tales of excess and whatnot.

In which case, “Who Wants To Live Forever: The Freddie Mercury Story” might fit the bill
for those who were looking for that exploration into that side of the story.
I for one abandoned the folding of laundry and neglected the tackling of dish mountain to park myself in my favourite recliner and cast this film onto the big screen.

As much as I can’t wait to see Rami Malek’s take on Freddie, I found that Australian actor John Blunt
was also amazing in his portrayal, within this intense look into the story of Freddie Mercury:
