Surprise Car Wash!
So what do you do after a truck runs into a fire hydrant like one did
in Southern California? One that sends water shooting into the air?
Why, you run your car through it because – hey – free car wash!!
Someone nearby shot cell phone video while people took advantage of it
by driving under the water and getting “free car washes.”
