In 1992 Wayne’s World opened at movie theaters throughout North America.

In 1987 Boston had their final Top 10 single in the U.S. with “We’re Ready.”

In 1981 Steely Dan also had their final Top 10 single in the U.S. with “Hey Nineteen.”

In 1978 Dire Straits began recording their debut album at Basing Street Studios in London.

In 1976 Electric Light Orchestra had their 2nd Top 10 single with “Evil Woman.”

In 1970 The Who recorded their concert at Leeds University in Leeds, U.K. which would later be released the following May as the live album Live at Leeds.
