In 2007, Boston singer & guitarist Brad Delp committed suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning at his home in Atkinson, NH. He was 55 years old.

In 1987, U2 released The Joshua Tree, the album that’s credited with turning U2 “from heroes to superstars” according to Rolling Stone.

In 1985, Mick Jagger released his solo single ‘Just Another Night’.

In 1976, Queen’s fourth album A Night at the Opera was certified Gold by the RIAA.
