In 1983, Axl Rose performed his final concert with Rapidfire at Gazzari’s on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles where future bandmate Slash was in attendance.

In 1977, Two concerts were held at Oakland’s Oakland-Almeda County Stadium which drew over 100,000 fans for a bill that featured the Eagles, Steve Miller, Heart and Foreigner.

In 1976, The Allman Brothers Band broke up for the first time after Gregg Allman testified against a road manager accused of drug trafficking.
